GLORIA DIANE MARCANTEL, LOUIN, MS

Gloria Diane Marcantel, 67, of Louin passed away Wednesday, April 11, 2012, at Hospice Ministries in Ridgeland. Born in Jackson on October 17, 1944, a daughter of the late Laura Jenise (Cole) and James Robert Copeland, she is survived by: two sons Bodie (Laura) Boles of Oahu, Hawaii, and Richard Marcantel of London, England; a daughter, Janice Boles (Phil) Fortune, of Louin, MS; and four grandchildren, Courtney Fortune, Kristin Moore, Charlie Boles, and Kayla Moore. She had retired as a secretary at Millcreek in Magee.
Visitation will be Friday, April 13, 2012, from 5 pm until 8 pm at Tutor Funeral Home, Magee. Religious service will be at Tutor Funeral Home Chapel, Magee, at 10:00 am on Saturday, April 14, 2012, with Rev. Joel Eavenson and Rev. Tommy Anderson officiating. Interment will be in Strong River Cemetery near Pinola.

Diane joined my family when I was a small child at the age of two. She was my sister and I loved her dearly. She was one of the sweetest and kind hearted women I knew.
She was also a very strong woman. i know she is with the Lord and is looking down on us with a sweet smile. I love you Diane . And I love you Bodie and Janice my heart breaks for you.
