Janice Elizabeth Mangum, 61, of Magee passed away Sunday, May 9, 2010, at her residence. She was born in Magee on October 30, 1948, a daughter of the late Esther (Cole) and Adam Byrd Davis.

Janice, a retired beautician, is survived by her husband, Ray Mangum.   She is also survived by:  a daughter, Christy Tucker, of Florence, MS; and three sons, Thad Craft and Chess Thornton, both of Magee; and Brent Craft, of Mendenhall.  Other survivors include nine grandchildren: Maca Daryl Craft, Britney Craft, Montana Grubbs, and Samantha Hall, all of Magee; Patience Craft of Purvis; Adam Craft and Larry McInnis, both of Mendenhall; and Shanley Wilson and Shelby Tucker, both of Florence.  Two great grandchildren also survive her:  Andrew and Justin Corr of Magee. 

Janice is also survived by a brother, James A. Davis, of D'Lo.  She was preceded in death by a child, Kim Donald Craft, and a brother, Jack E. Davis of Mendenhall.   Visitation is Monday, May 10, 2010, at Tutor Funeral Home in Magee from 5 pm to 8 pm.

Religious service will be held at Tutor Funeral Home Chapel, Magee, at 10:00 am on Tuesday, May 11, 2010,  with Rev. Thomas Ray Floyd, Rev. Trent Sullivan and Rev. Julie Orr officiating.
