Charles E. Parish, 75, of Clem passed away Friday, October 28, 2011, at Mississippi Baptist Medical Ccenter in Jackson. He was born in Clem, MS on August 26, 1936, a son of the late Lura Lee (Polk) and W. B. Parish.  Charles is survived by his wife, Linda (Prince) Parish; three daughters, Dawn (Mike) Sommer, of Denham Springs, LA; Gabriella (Cole) Bond, of Clem, MS; and Lee Ann (Colby) Stewart, of New Hebron, MS.  Other survivors include grandchildren: Brett Charles and London Anne Sommer; Kaitlin and Adeline Bond; Anna Belle, Laurel, and Elie Stewart.  He is also survived by a sister, Geneva P. Booth, of Denham Springs, LA; and two brothers, Isaac L. Parish and James L. Parish, of Clem, MS.  Charles was preceded in death by a brother, Garland Parish and a sister, Juanita Alexander.

Visitation will be Sunday, October 30, 2011, from 5 pm until 8 pm  at Tutor Funeral Home, Magee.

Religious service will be at First Baptist Church, Magee, at 10 am on Monday, October 31, 2011,  with Dr. Buddy Keyes and Rev. Charles Ray Burnham officiating.  Interment will be in Hopewell Cemetery, Mt. Olive.
