James (Fats) Malley, 69, of Mt. Olive passed away Friday, November 4, 2011, at MS Baptist Medical Center in Jackson. James was born in Simpson County on July 30, 1942, a son of the late Willie Mae (McMillan) and Burnise "Buck" Malley. He is survived by: his wife, Alice Merle (Wooten) Malley; two daughters, Anita Gayle (Glyn) Trigg, of Clinton; and Melissa (Sean) Cooper, of Mt. Olive; and one grandchild, Ethan Cooper. James is also survived by two brothers, William (Susan) Malley, of Magee; Robert (Brenda) Malley, of Florence. He was preceded in death by a sister, Judy Stanford; and two brothers, Burnice Ray Malley and Daniel Ray Malley. Visitation will be Sunday, November 6, 2011, from 4 pm until 7 pm at Tutor Funeral Home, Magee.
Religious Service will be at Tutor Funeral Home Chapel, Magee, at 11:00 am on Monday, November 7, 2011, with Rev. Robert Sones, Rev. Trent Sullivan and Rev. Bobby Jones officiating. Interment will be in Mt. Zion Cemetery.
