Windell (Wendy) Lakisha Duckworth, 40, passed away Thursday, October 1, 2015 at Forrest General Hospital in Hattiesburg. She was born on November 28, 1974 to her parents, Otis Duckworth and Elsie (Keyes) Duckworth in Jones County, MS.
Wendy is survived by her parents; her two sons, Tracy D. Duckworth, Jr. and Wandarius L. McCallum; two Goddaughters, Alexias Chyenne White, Janigah J. Smith; three brothers, Wardell Duckworth, Cardell Duckworth, Derrick Duckworth; three sisters, Lottie Keyes, Teresa Pittman, April Duckworth; Godmother, Julia Broomfield and best friend, Ms. Sherry Coleman.
Wendy was preceded in death by her grandparents, Eugene and Mary Lee Keyes, Wardell and Magalene Duckworth; two sons, who died at birth and one sister, Jeanelle Sims.
Visitation for family and friends will be Tuesday, October 6, from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Tutor Funeral Home in Magee. Services will be at 2:00 pm, Wednesday, October 7, in the Tutor Funeral Home Chapel in Magee. Final resting place will follow in Dry Ridge Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery in Mize, MS with Reverend Jeremiah Keyes officiating. Pallbearers are Leonard Keyes, Jason Moffett, Latrelle Feazell, Warren Duckworth, Christopher Keyes and Carl Duckworth.
